Returns Policy – Grandpa’s Toys
We offer a 30-day return policy (excluding all sale/reduced priced items). You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

All returns must be approved by Grandpa’s Toys

Shipping costs are non-refundable
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at toys@grandpastoys.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and a shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
