Confirmation of Order
You will receive confirmation of you order, via e-mail to. We will then e-mail you again when your order has been processed and dispatched.

Out of Stock
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll e-mail you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available, we may also be able to offer an alternative product. You may choose to wait until the item is in stock ,select an alternative product, or cancel your order.

All our prices include 15.00% GST.

We accept purchases on either Visa or Mastercard. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars.

If you elect to pay by cheque or deposit directly to our bank account, details will be sent to you by e-mail on confirmation of your order. Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched after your cheque has ben cleared by the Bank.

Orders are not binding upon Grandpa's Wooden Toys Ltd until accepted by us (including the product price). We remain the owners of the Product/s supplied to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe for all the Products, including any freight (if any).

All Visa and Master card payments are processed in real time by Direct Payment Solutions secure web site. Direct Payment Solutions provide credit card facilities to thousands of New Zealand corporates including Air New Zealand, Bank of New Zealand and Trade Me.

All Visa and Master card payments are processed in real time using Payment Express. 

We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information by using industry-recognised security safeguards such as firewalls, coupled with carefully developed security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration.
We do not hold your credit card details on file electronically and each time you purchase you will be asked to re-enter your credit card details.

Accuracy of colours

All computer screens display colours slightly differently. The colours you see when you visit our web site may differ slightly from the actual product colour.
