Grandpa’s Toys has a flat shipping fee of $10 on all orders within New Zealand. Grandpa’s Toys does NOT charge extra for Rural deliveries. For all orders over $99 these are shipped freight free.
Once your order has been processed we will email you with your tracking information.
We use Post Haste couriers for all our shipping requirements. Please allow approximately 2 - 10 working days for shipping, this allows for rural deliveries, inter island deliveries and busy periods e.g Christmas.
During the Christmas season we ask you to be kind with our team processing your orders and the couriers as it is an extremely busy time and extended delivery times are outside of our control.
We use Post Haste Couriers (Grandpa’s Toys is an Agent) and all orders that are shipped are tracked.

Click and Collect
Grandpa’s Toys also provides a click n collect service. The team will be in touch once your order has been processed, please allow 1 - 2 hours for your orders to be processed.
Returns - Change of Mind
Here at Grandpa’s Toys we will accept returns if you change your mind, within 14 days of your purchase. Change of mind returns are store credit only. You may exchange your item for another item of the same value or put it towards a larger purchase. If the value is lesser of the value then a store credit will be issued for the difference. The item being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging with proof of purchase.
All online returns must be accompanied by your original order number - refer to your order confirmation. Any online returns that are credited will be less the shipping fee.
Returns - Faulty Items
If you have purchased an item and it is faulty due to faulty workmanship or damage you, may return it within seven days with the original packaging. Grandpa’s Toys reserves the right to repair the item if possible or replace where necessary. To determine the fault we will require the details of the item, photos of the faulty item if you are unable to bring it in store. Grandpa’s Toys will review the item and discuss with their suppliers as they have their own returns policy that we must comply with. From time to time faulty items are required to be sent to the supplier for them to review the fault. In the event the item is deemed faulty we will either replace, exchange or refund the cost of the item - please note that the item may not be able to be replaced due to stock availability. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they have reached us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
