Returns Policy – Grandpa’s Toys
We offer a 30-day return policy (excluding all sale/reduced priced items). You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required or your order #

All returns must be approved by Grandpa’s Toys

Shipping costs are non-refundable
How to Start a Return:
Contact us at toys@grandpastoys.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and a shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.
Non-returnable Items Include:
- Sale/reduced priced items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Custom/personalised orders
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
You’ll be notified once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
